Rich Honey Syrup
½ C Honey
¼ C Water
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, stir over medium heat until dissolved and well blended. Let cool. Store in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.

.5oz Overproof Rum (2.5oz)
.5oz Dry Curacao (2.5oz)
1oz Lemon Juice, Fresh (5oz)
.75oz Orgeat (3.75oz)
.25 Rich Honey Syrup (1.25oz)
Tools: Measuring jigger, Shaker tins
Glassware: Tiki Mug
Garnish: Mint sprigs
Substitutions: Other white rums, Sonic Pebble Ice
Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin. Add ice to the shaker (half a tin is fine). Shake well for about 10 seconds. Dump entire contents into the mug of your choice. Garnish appropriately.

2oz Seven Caves Agave Spirit (10oz)
2oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice (10oz)
.5oz Lime Juice (2.75oz)
.5oz Rich Honey Syrup (1.5oz)
Tajin (or Kosher Salt) rim
Grapefruit sparkling soda to top
Tools: Measuring jigger, Shaker Tins
Glassware: Collins Glass
Garnish: Grapefruit Wheel
Optional: Orange Rum, Tiki Gin, Jalapeños, Blender
Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin. Add ice to the shaker (half a tin is fine). Shake well for about 10 seconds strain into prepared glass. Garnish appropriately.

.75 Lemon Juice, Fresh (5oz)
.5 Pineapple Juice (3oz)
.5+ Rich Honey Syrup (3oz)
.25 Amaretto (1.5oz)
2 drops Vanilla Extract (12 drops)
1 Drop Almond Extract (6 drops)
Need: Measuring jigger, Shaker Tins
Glassware: Nic and Nora
Garnish: Maple/Ginger Cookie Rim for Glass
Optional: Egg White, Winter Gin, Jasmine Tea Rum, Mezcal
Finely crush (near powder) ginger cookies in a food processor, place onto a plate. Pour small amount of maple onto a second plate. Dip rim of the glass in the maple syrup, then immediately dip in powdered cookies, set aside.
Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin. Add ice to the shaker (half a tin is fine). Shake well for about 15 seconds. Strain (double straining is ok) contents into the prepared glass.
